What are Modern Bebe products made from?
• Our products are made from 100% food grade silicone. They’re BPA Free, with no plastic, phthalates, PVC, formaldehyde or lead- even recyclable too!
How do i place an order?

When will my order be shipped?
• After Bank payment is made & confirmed, please allow 24hrs to process your order.
• TTPOST COURIER DELIVERIES are done within 2-5 Business Days (may vary, based on your location).
• SHIPPING DELAYS- Once your order has been shipped, Modern Bebé DO NOT accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by an event (including but not limited to COVID-19 related delays) which is beyond our reasonable control or foresight.
Do Modern Bebe offer returns/exchanges?
• Due to sanitary reasons Modern Bebé DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering and/or change of circumstance.
• If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us at modernbebe@outlook.com including a photo and brief description within 7 days of receiving your item.
Your Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused & in its original packaging. You also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do bibs come in different sizes?
• One size fits all! This means you can adjust the size of the bib as your baby grows all the way into the toddler years.
What's the best way to clean silicone tableware?
• Our Silicone tableware are dishwasher safe (we recommend top rack to protect the longevity of the product) and can also be hand washed in warm soapy water and left to air dry. When you’re on the go, a wet wipe works great!
• Avoid abrasive scourers or coming into contact with sharp objects, such as knives, as this will damage the silicone. We DO NOT recommend UV sterilization of any silicone product.
Why wont my bowl or plate stick?
• Our suction base works best on smooth surfaces such as plastic (high chairs), glass (tables) & counter tops.
The bowl/plate needs to be pressed down in the middle onto the surface to ensure air pockets are removed from underneath so the suction engages.
• We recommend wiping down the bottom of the bowl/plate and surface with a damp cloth before use.
Can the bowls and plates go in the microwave or store in the freezer?
• Yes they can. These products can withstand temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 200℃.
